Includes:
Play: Full use of Apple Tree play facilities and toys.
Party food: Fruit kebabs, finger sandwiches, vegetable sticks, popcorn, cheddar cheese sticks, Pom Bears, mini muffins, Cawston Press fruit drink.
Choice of your own role-play area: Fire Station, Flower Shop, Puppet Theatre, Teddy Bears Picnic or Vet Surgery.
Music: Connect your own music to our Bluetooth speakers or we can provide the party tunes for you!
Disco light: Dazzle under our disco light!
Bubble machine: Lots and lots of bubbles! Additional £15.
Timing options are as follows:
Saturday 1-3pm or 4-6pm
Sunday 10-12pm, 1-3pm or 4-6pm
Option A – Picnic tea provided by Apple Tree: Starting from £345 for up to 15 children, £15 for each additional child up to max. 30.
Option B – Non catered: Starting from £295 for up to 15 children, £10 for each additional child up to max. 30.
- A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- You are welcome to arrive 20 minutes before your party starts to set up any decorations you may have
- The balance is due two weeks before your event
- Adult sandwich platters can be provided for an extra cost of £30 for 6-8 adults.
- Adult crudites & hummus platter for £12.95
- Additional time for your party may be possible depending on schedule – please ask in advance for availability.
- If you select the non-catered party option and are bringing your own food, only cold foods are allowed.
- You may bring your own alcohol (and cups), Apple Tree will provide all soft and hot drinks for sale on the day.
- If you wish to bring your own party entertainer, please discuss this in advance. A fee may be applicable (messy play etc).
- We require active adult supervision at parties, with at least one adult remaining for every 4 children present.
- Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance.
- Maximum capacity: 50 guests including adults & children (not including children under 1 year)-
- Party hosts may stay at the cafe for up to 15 minutes after their party, all party guests must leave promptly at the end of the party.
- If your party is cancelled less than two weeks before the party, the full balance is non-refundable.
